What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is the source of instability in one’s mind which in repetition may cause depression. Anxiety may be termed as the uncertainty in one’s mind which may completely halter the normal lifecycle of a person. For a person with an anxiety disorder can further go into a state with regular anxiety problems which may be persistent. It majorly alters the normal living and makes you feel worried and anxious with every abnormal situation, even the silliest one.

But, it is most faced by women due to the weight issue, being female, staying under limits, unappreciated at home/work, consistent relationship failures etc. when feelings of intense fear and distress are massive and halt us from doing everyday things, an anxiety disorder may be the stimulus.

Anxiety with women sometimes arose due to empty mood and unable to attain what they desire or were getting in past. It can also happen with the feeling of worthlessness and not getting enough attention around or may be no attention from the one expected. It further slows down the pace of life and gives a feeling of degrading lifestyle and way of living.

Anxiety usually converts into depression with women as they tend to avoid the symptoms and accept it as a mood change phenomenon. As well as the Anxiety disorders and the normal anxiety may not be distinctive but its disorders are persistent and may not recognize considering a normal mood swing.

How to deal with Anxiety

The best way to deal with anxiety disorders is to communicate and speak your heart out and indulging your time in a constructive set of things and activities which not only keeps you busy but will also help you upgrading your thought process and will help controlling anxiety at very early stage.

Sometimes frequent suicidal ideas and thoughts may occur, just to run away from a situation or a feeling of affliction. When it becomes more frequent, it’s the time to deal with it and face it instead of running away just for the sense of relief for a moment. It may also lead to slow thinking and behaviors along with the lack of emotion.

Try to divert your mind in a positive direction. All she needs is a sense of affection and time for this to get down and also it may further require medications and therapies which will lower the anxiety disorders with women.
